I have a 10 blot right now. I just wanna make sure a 10 or a 12 bolt will work.
Will it?
yeah, a posi from an f body should work in your truck, but are you really putting enough power to the ground to warrent one?

No matter how much power you put out a posi will help. You don't really need a 12 Bolt until you get 450TQ. Even with slicks and Bars a 7.625 or 8.2 sould be able to handle it. So unless your planing huge power levers I'd say get the posi but keep the 10 Bolt and use the money elsewhere.

The posi will help you out no matter what engine you have. But unless you have a large amount of power I would stick with the 10 bolt.It will handle the abuse of your 4 cylinder for a awhile.

I have 440 ft lbs of torque and a 10 bolt posi in the 98, there is no problem, you cant get it to stick so nothing can brake
