I know that there is a code in the glove box. Here's a link that might help you out better.

the transfer case is a 2.72:1, are you looking to regear the axles or the tcase? as far as i know there is nobody making gears for the transfer case you have to get your extra gearing from the axles, are you running larger tires than stock?

yea im runnin 32 1150s ive checked the glove box before and im almost positive im runnin 342s, id like to put 410s in it
4.10s would be about right for your tire size. Gear swapping in the front is a huge PITA though... that front diff is heavy and awkward to finagle in and out.

3.73's are an amazing middle ground gear between the 4.10s (hardly any first gear...) check em out. you still have a bit more of afirst gear and a wider 5th gear for highway driving.
just imo. all my friends drive 4.10s (mostly mustang drivers) and they are AWESOME for pure drag racing, but horrid on the streets.
Hope i can help you! good lucK!
course, i dont know much about raised trucks or what kind of gearing you need.
Im with tink, in order to re-gear you will have to pull the front t case completly out of the truck (its a split case) if you are having someone do it for you, expect a week or two downtime, yourself....well, how much can you do?

If his a MT than yeah 3.73 gears would be a good low gear to have and still have some top end for cruising. If it is a AT I would say 4.10 gears all the way.You will still have a very strong low gear and you will still have top end speed that wont be revving the **** out of it about 75mph.But 4.10's are a great gear for a AT 4.3 S10.I think Sparky is running 4.10's in his Blazer to.

Pull off your intake hat at the ThrottleBody unit.
Open up the throttle all the way by hand.
You will see a crescent-shaped deflector protruding from the bottom side of the throttle blade.
You can either order a CFM-Tech blade that omits that, get a 'marine' throttle blade that doesnt have it or remove the blade and cut it off yourself.
There are threads here and how-tos on it.
CFM-Tech's website shows pics of it.
Removal of it will gove a crisper off-line throttle response
