Customized Rollpan [Archive]

Im new around here, figured I'd post some pics of my recent work. I want dual exhaust through the rollpan. I used tips off of a 2000 Olds Aurora. My rollpan is bent downwards on the right side(my dumb fault) I first made templates of the faces of the tips, traced them onto the rollpan, and started cutting out the rough shape with a cut-off wheel. Then used a Die Grinder to finish, then it was fit, and reshaped, then body filler the dent I still had, sand and prime.

Thank you guys! It was a royal pain to get those tips to fit in there right. I need to get my exhaust redone, so that it will be functional. I thought about side exhaust with these tips even, coming out under the front of the bed through the side, underneath where the step is.

I live in Milford, Nebraska. Im in College right now. Im in Auto Collision Repair. All of those cars are the projects we have to have done before we graduate. Im always trying to think of new ideas for my truck. Im going to reverse the tailgate handle, I would like a flush mount tonneau cover, and a WS-6 Ram Air Hood

Exhaust clips will be a definite. I might try to paint my rollpan this week on our break. Its just in black primer right now, matches better than gray.
