Well, I ordered a set of JBA 1840-4 headers last week and went to install them tonight, but they won't fit!!!!! I tried a set of Gibson a few months ago but was unsucessful also. What part number is everyone using for their 02 to current s-10's? I had the drivers side ready to install, but the collector wouldn't line up and it was also hitting the upper a-arm. After I found that out, I had no choice but to re-install the factory cast iron so I have something to drive. Anyone have similar problems like this? I am completely aggravated since I had to take it all apart, just to have to reinstall the factory piece.

my JBA's hit my upper a arm shaft on the driverside.i've gone and cut off the extra treads off and replaced the bushings from rubber to poly to steel!

I havent had one problem with my jba's hitting anything on my 01'. i would think it would be the same as 02'. you could always put the headers on and have a shop make a custom y-pipe.
