Boston Acoustics
Pro Series 12.5 LF 2-ohm subwoofer
I have used this sub very little. I bought it second hand and powered it with a RF amp at first and an older Orion 225HCCA amp. I really like the power handling capabilities and the cleanliness of this sub, but am happy with what I have right now for my current purpose. This one is now just sitting here in my casa, and I need to make space.
The original owner had let an item get up against the cone and do some cosmetic damage. But the sub has worked flawlessly. Both me and the last owner were/are fanatical in car audio and the damage was not intended nor careless. Just unfortunate. But rest assured its a good sub.
The ProSeries is known for its power handling, clean sounding and small sealed enclosure capabilities.

Looks like a decent sub. I personally have no use for it due to already having one 12" in my truck as it!
I am wanting to get a different box for it so i can recline my seats back.
But i have a fosgate 1500 watt amp going to it with 450 solid watts going to the sub! clean and tight with deep bass! just how i like it

I like a few different subs for their induviduality.
JLs of old just have that deep throaty bass that hits you
RFs of old like I have are a good all around that will pound your chest if needed =)
Bostons are smooth as silk and clean like a studio quality.
This sub has a pretty wide power range, but from experience 800W RMS and in the appropriate sealed box size, is where it sounds the best.
Im not using it and already have a 10.4LF Pro thats sitting here too. I may put it in the TA one day for just a lil bump.

I prefer Bostons over almost any brand its just the cost of them are so high. BTW I'm like you I like quality not quantity(dont like alot of rattling noise)

Im a sound-quality buff.
I love to hear the licks rom a guitar and the tat-tat of a tight snare clearly within the music.

New they were. The only drawback is the scuff and crease on the cone. Its not hurting the performance, just the cosmetics. Ive tried 2xs on E-bay but no takers. I had bids, but not up to my reserve. Then again my reserve was like $65 or so. I just put it cheaper here =)
Im going to put it back up in a few days.
IDK if I should start at $50 with NoReserve or Start at a low number with a Reserve. hmmm

Start it off at 50 there good quality subs and there not a usuall find eigther. If you lived here I would have picked it up a long time ago. I like the fact it doesnt take alot of air space to.

I registered JUST for this post. I've been luring and learning here for a while, but my truck got wrecked and some butt-monkeys broke into the auto-body shop and stole my subs. I'd like to buy this one right away. At $50 plus shipping, this will be one of the (4) that got stolen and will be better than listening to road noise when she gets back home. I sent you a PM as well.
Thanks,
Michael

Hey now.!. hehehe. I did have it $60 last time I listed it. Im just tired of looking at it being unused and lonely. So I went with a spur of the moment price at the time I listed it. Thing weighs like 15 or 17 lbs. too so shipping is kinda costly.
You know I just had to mess with you....

Thats what I said =)
I really hate to see it go..its a nice sub and they seem to be getting harder to come by. But I think the new owner will enjoy it.
Im wanting a 12.4LF. Ive only ever seen 1 in the past 2 years for sale. I have a almost mint 10.4LF that I intend to hold on to. Its just I got the 6.43x componets and the .4 subs match. But I love my old RF HE2 that Im rockin right now. Just be nice to have a smaller box =)
