HID's?

Anyone know a thing or two about HID's? Im thinking about grabbing some since I can easily get them at my work. At my work....we just got some to install on Hondas. I guess theyre plug & play for them, but we havent installed them yet. But anyways, my question is.....what kind will I need for Sonoma headlights? H1, H3, 9004....etc....??? And what about foglights? I plan on converting to the Envoy bumper with foglights.

Go to Sylvanias site. There is an online fit guide. The bulbs for our 98-up S-series is 9006 and 9005 for the highs and lows. The fogs on the Sonomas and S-10 (non Extreme) is 881. The Extreme uses a H_ bulb I can never remember.
