Umm 1500 I think is a little high for a home made turbo kit.
I have a 98 2.2 I would love to have one but I don't think I am willing to spend that much money on some thing that may not work or cause problems.
I am sorry but I think its too high for any one.....
the kit was tested and it works. dont insult my intelligence. i do this for a living. there is only one company making a turbo kit for this vehicle and it cost 2500.00. 1500.00 for a turbo kit is cheap, especially one that has only 5-10 miles running time to test its operation. if you havent noticed, the price said OBO. please do not **** on my thread if your not interested in the kit. i dont mind offers but to insult me is far fetched.

$2300 dollars
T3/T4 Turbo, Fragola Lubrication Kit, Turbo Bracket, Spearco Intercooler, Intercooler Brackets, Aluminum Intercooler Piping, Silicone Couplings, T-bolt Clamps, Type RS Blow-off Valve, Stainless Steel Turbo Collector, Stainless Steel Downpipe, Rising Rate Fuel Pressure Regulator, Maradyne Electric Fan Conversion Kit, Autometer Boost Guage, Vaccum Harnesses, Cone Style Air Filter, PCV Filter
LOL! that kit comes with a rising rate fuel pressure regulator and it used the factory header which makes the turbo inlet pipe make a very restrictive 50 degree bend forward to allow it too exit the front of the engine. that is the only company out there making an s10 kit. if you new turbo's, a rising rate fuel pressure regulator is the ****ty way of doing it. last time i checked 2300.00 was a lot more than 1500.00. by all means instead of ****ting on my thread go spend the 2300.00+ on there kit.

I tried to upload the pic but it wouldn't work. Although I don't have a 2.2 I am very interested in seeing you set-up.
I think the mods and admins need to set up some rules for the classifieds. Members shouldn't reply to any for sale thread unless interested IMO. We (I) had a problem with that before and in hind sight I should have kept my mouth shut.

thats all you had to say. you never stated anywhere that you would offer 1000.00, you just said it was high and then you continued to insult me by stating the kit doesnt work, so i took defense. i would probably have taken that offer.

I never said it wouldn't have worked I just said thats a big risk, to spend that much money on something that was home made.
You have to realize where I am coming form on this.
(I am not saying it won't work) but what would you do if you bought something like that and then it decides to not work?
i understand where your coming from but it works because i tested it. i have great reviews on s10forum and i forgot all about this site so i have no rep here. so i understand your view. all i can tell you that it gave that weak 2.2 i swift kick in the ass.......

yep. i built it for the guys on s10 forum. they all said if you build a 2.2 kit we would be happy to pay 1500.00 for it. i built it and now none of them want to spend the money. figures... so this will be my only kit. i am sticking with motorcycle turbo kits. they sell much quicker.
and yes, i have more than that into parts and fabrication. i am at a loss just to get rid of it.

That's one of the reasons I avois s10forum, their is just too much schit talking there. I hope I don't run into a similar issue with my SC kit I'm working on. At least I'll have one when it's done.
willing to ship for free. thats another 100.00 savings.

a turbo tlr would be sick unfortunetly it would be complex and time consuming to build it on a v-twin.
