That email explains why there has been alot of people posting tonight that normally don't. I'm glad though. Your truck looks like it's going to be fast. Any specs on that engine?

Looks great.. I see you have angled plug heads. What kind of headers are you going w/? The hedman hustlers or are you fabin your own to fit, since not a lot of companies make headers that fit angled plug heads?

i have a set of 1 7/8 hedman fenderwell headers. the engine is a 383 12:1 brodix track 1 heads cam motion solid roller brodix intake 1050 dominator. it has gone 10.97 @ 125 with the old intake and carb. wont know till spring what it will run with the dominator. besides the carb and intake, i fixed the pinion angle, c-notched the frame for suspension movement, and got a little narrower tire that wont rub anymore. i dont know how much it was slowing me down, but both tires rubbing inside and out fenderwells wasnt helping any. im also installing an NOS big shot. 200 additional hp should help me into the 9's

i did do the bead rolling but its a buddy of mine's. i was just about to go buy one when i found out he had one. i want to get a 2wd 2dr blazer and do a similar firewall. ill go buy my own beadroller when i start that project. probably wont set the engine as far back in that truck but after doing this firewall, i wont be able to do another s10 swap and leave it stock. there is however, much more fabricating than just the f/w. pedals, fuse block, m/c mount, steering column mount, cowl panel and fender mounts, and that doesnt include any type of heater or wiper mods if you keep those. i did away with both.
oh, and thanks for the compliments
WOW. Big blocks rock. That looks nice and clean.
