Throttle Position Sensor, Again??!

Well, I had found out the problem with the running/idleing funny and really bad Gas milage... It was the throttle position sensor. But it runs fine now and all but the Service Engine Soon light came back on again, took it up to checker, they checked it and said it was the TPS again... So he knew I had just replaced that one, he reset the computer and it poped back up later yesterday when all this happened. What could it be or what could be causing this?

See if you can't get them to give you a new one for free, sometimes parts are defective.

my MAF does that. got the light checked so i bought a new one to be on the safe side but the truck ran perfect with the code on. it went off. came back on. does it off and on but the truck runs fine so i said screw it.

x2 on the defective parts.. what brand did you use? If it's not AC Delco I'd go back & get a TPS that IS AC Delco brand, seeing as that's what the dealer would use.
