X2. I can find clean '00-'03s w/ 4.3s all day on the used car lots for less than 5k. Still a nice lookin truck but IMO I'd be asking closer to 4k.

I personally wouldn't touch an extended cab truck, even if you paid me.. I don't like the way they look. I don't like extended bed trucks either. Oh, I found a few reg cab, step side, 4.3s for around $3500. Trucks were pretty sweet but the interiors were base model w/ the bench seat & rubber floor covering, still automatics, though.

hmm i needed a x cab. really needed a zr2 but there was none around when i needed a new s10. the 92 petered out on me so i wasn't going to get a full sized nor any ford had to stick with the s10 so i found the 03 and got a loan. although i wish i could of found a crew cab but eh.

Hey, it's just my opinion.. I fully understand what gettin a used car/truck, or even new if there's nothing on the lot, is all about. I didn't really want an Xtreme.. or yellow.. but I kinda like the yellow now.. still don't care too much for the xtreme's body kit, though.

Im not much of an x-cab fan either Jason. But IMO the x-cab S-series looks way better than the x-cab ranger.
