Where else could I get the brackets to mount my airdam besides LMC and a dealer?

Also what else would I need besides the brackets? I heard using double sided tape helps installation easier if you done it yourself. True?

Im not exactly familiar with those specific ones. Im sure the dealer still has them availible. Most of the time each part (bracket, adjuster nut, adjuster screw, etc) are seperate. They might also have it as a grouped part number. Id go by the dealers service/parts dept. and find out. Plus maybe get their price and the part numbers. Sometimes you can run the GM part number on the net and find them cheaper too.

Is it a factory air damn. If it is youy wont need two side tape and I would try gettin used brackets are fine. Aftermarkit kits sometimes dont need bracits just the tape but I prfer putting them on. You can fab some up easely, just need bars to brace them from flexin alot. I used thick gage sheet metall to ad them on to my factry brace on my other truck.
What brand you lookin at getting?

Well its OEM Xtreme air dam. I can't believe dealers would still carry that stuff because dimes are discontinued.

Dealer will cary partsfor cars for a long time. Most of the time they get them from a area warehouse.
I still get some stuff for my 1986 TransAm at the dealer.
Picked up a new hood-to-cowl seal that was in the Jax warehouse, 2 new exhause hangars that are 3rd Gen F-body specific indefinately...one in Jax and the other came from Michican, as well as a plethera of other stuff. Thers still some items I cant get for it tho...but its an 86 so I understand.

www.gmpartsdirect.com carries the parts as well. I'd also check Ebay.

I'm planning to replace my front Air dam soon along with all the brackets and support hardware. Probably will get the air dam off of ebay and the brackets from GM Parts Direct.
