This is pretty simple but thought it may be helpful.

Tools required;
T-15
T-20
T-25
4mm hex key.

My TB was removed for this but you can do it on the truck. First is get rid of the fuel pressure in your lines. I have heard to just remove the gas cap but I like to pull the fuse for the fuel pump and start the engine.

You will have to remove the 3 T-25 screws to get the injector pod off.

Now you can remove the 8 T-20 to separate the injector pod. This is how you get to the FPR.

Now you can remove the 4 T-15 screws that hold the FPR on but be careful and hold the FPR down tightly. A heavy spring is inside and that could turn bad. Make sure to inspect the diaphragm since it is reused.

Reassemble with new parts. Keep in mind the cone points into the spring. Leave the adjusting screw out until the injector pod is back together.

Now remove the old gasket between the injector pod and the main body of the throttle body. Clean the surface. Now simply replace with the injector spacer. Be careful when tightening the new 4mm hex screws. you don't want to strip the TB.

When your done it should look like this. I may take the red thumb wheel off mine and expose the hex screw since I see no reason to mess with the fuel pressure after it's set.

Thanks. The asjustable FPR is from CFM tech. So is the injector spacer. And yes that is the adjustment.
