Xenon Xtreme kit

Just picked up a Xenon Xtreme kit (used) for my Noma. And it comes painted the same colour as my truck. $200 for front valence and all skirts. Good deal? What do you guys think?

The guy is giving me the mounting screws as well, but will I need any brackets etc for the install?

Does the kit suposed to ome with brackets?
Sounds like a fair deal for a painted part. Paint would be at LEAST $200 by a shop.
