after out of towner pulled out in front of me at a light on a gravel covered road

ya so i had bad tires on my truck but someoen pulled out in front and me and i slid on the gravel and hit the back of them stupid part was i still got a ticket but 100 bucks for a broke down truck and a couple part swaps later back to normal. heres the wreck pic
