View Full Version : opnions on chips
I want to put a chip in my truck but I'm not sure what one to get. I kind of like hypertech but has anyone used these and had any problems with them. I'm just looking for opnions. this is the one I'm thinking about http://s10planet.performancecenter.com/products/?productID=627286

I purchased a chip from TBI chips, and had decent results. The guy is located in South Carolina, and I live in California, but even then, He had the chip sent to me (with shipping) for less than Hypertech or Jet would be (before shipping).
He's at www.tbichips.com

I got the hypertech pp3 and haven't had any probs with it. I didn't know you could put a chip on these. My programmer will be up for sale as soon as I get the wynjammer.

If they are using the ODBI 1 or 1.5 version they do (ECM under the dashboard vs 1st revision ODBII under the hood)
