Pull the lower rad. hose, put your garden hose it in, and let it run.

Get a Pestone "Flushing Tee" Kit. Locate the heater-core outlet hose (Usually runs to the engine by the water-pump) & splice it in there about in the middle. Disconnect the lower radiator hose. Attach a household garden hose attached to a outside spigot to the tee. Clamp the half of the hose on the side of the tee that runs to the engine with a pair of vice-grips (Preferably the type with the wide, flat jaws like are used for tin work). Turn-on the spigot & allow to run for about 20-30min. You may also want to remove any drain-plugs found on the lower part of the block (Screw-style with a square head, usually) to allow thorough flushing to remove any sediment that may build-up & cause rust.
Turn off water supply & remove hose from tee, allowing water to drain fully from block. Reinstall lower radiator hose & block drain-plugs. Fill cooling system with tee held-up as highest point of the cooling system until coolant mixture begins to come out of tee. Cap tee with included cap. Disconnect coolant overflow reservoir from radiator, flush/drain it, reconnect it & fill with mixture when done.
