No the TH400 is a 3speed. The 4L80E is a 400 with overdrive added and it might fit that. Do you have a nitorus setup your going to use with that button?

If it is for a 400 then It may not have a spot for a fourth gear.

well then i a boned cause i am bidding on one now...
you should have a 4l60 in your truck.
your going to want a universal fit floor shifter and you don't want to buy one used. The parts the outher guy lost are going to be very important. If it's made for 4l60 it will come with the adapter fot the tranny outher wise you'll have to call bandit, hurst, or b&m and order one that will cost more than it's worth and you'll have to modifiy for it to work.
I've been though this severale times with aftermarket shifters. The best plases to get them are napa or advance cause they will let you open the box and see what your getting and not getting even with speacial order parts.

or roll control ;)
that's a hurst right.
that shifter is only listed for the gm th-250, th-350, th-400.
Hurst dosn't list anything for/ or to even convert them to OD tranny. I sent an email to hurst to see what if there is a conversion kit.
I hope you didn't pay what anticspeed wanted because they'er only $215 in summit. $219 in jegs
this is what I got for you.
that is a pistol-grip quater shifter. It is not designed for 4 speed trannys.
you need the original quater stick.
here's the hrust site if need aditional info

also, wasnt someone going to do a write up of how to install a aftermarket shifter in place of the factory floor shifter?
That's a good shifter in a steet car. Very low maintinace. the hammer is supposed to be a direct bolt up to a 4l60. My camero came with one that had some miles on it and it still hit every gear when I pulled it out.. I do thinck you need a additional part however for the 4l60. I'll look it up on the B&M site. In fact you should call up b&m and get them to run you down a list of any extra parts needed.
there already is a write up on a floor sifter installed in a blazer, but i forgot who did it and i don't know it it made it over from the planet. It's pretty easy actually. You find your mounting plase (there's usaly a template with aftermarket shifters) route you cable through to firewall or floorboard(where ever your factory cable came through) and hook up the cable to your tranny.
there's a little more to it, but i'll find the write up instead of typeing all this out
