I had to take off my right rear tire to get a puncture patched, so I've been running on the (full size) spare today. The tires I have are Dueler A/T REVO's, I guess I didn't give them enough credit for traction, because the Uniroyal Laredo spare I have can't seem to stick to anything! Every time I take a right turn it's screaming, even at quarter throttle. That black spare looks ugly as hell, too! I'll probably go find a parking lot and smoke some rubber off it before I put the Dueler back on. Those tires are quiet when they spin, just kind of a 'whooshing' sound, still leaves the same black stripes and clouds, though. This Uniroyal really shrieks! It is a factory tire, so it's hardened a bit since late 1990... :D
I'll try to at least put up a pic of how **** ugly it looks on there, maybe get a smoke cloud going :jump_125:
