You have to host the image somewhere and then when you post, click on the image insert button and enter the address. It will automatically put it between the quotes.

After you upload the pic click on it while it's under the magaed attachments window.It will pop the pic in a explorer window.Copy it's address and paste it between the image bars.Like your pic you posted has this address http://www.sicgmtrucks.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=512.You put that between the tags and it will post the pic in the post.Or in the window below the smiley box down a few is the image tag option.It will pop up a window that you can just paste it in and it will insert it in to the post.I hope I didn't confuse you any more lol.Just look at this.This is your pics address http://www.sicgmtrucks.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=512.When you put it between these [img] you get this.http://www.sicgmtrucks.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=512
