PC Gamers: Flight Sims [IL-2 STURMOVIK™: 1946]

Anyone here play IL-2 [any variation] by Ubisoft (http://www.pacific-fighters.com/en/home.php?skin=S2)? I just got IL-2 STURMOVIK™: 1946 installed and must say I'm impressed with the physics of the game; very realistic. Just wondering, I have an Nvidia 8800GTS and I'm trying to get better graphics. I run game profiles and tweak the configs but I was just wondering if anyone that plays is running the 4.08 version? Also, is there a High Res update like a lot of people are custom making.

I only have FS 2002 but barely even play it anymore.

the GTS was the least of the 8800 series with not much tweaking available. it was essentially the bargain card in the series so you may be kinda out of luck. Although by the pic... it looks pretty good.
