Everyone carries them, they just need to know which rear, 7.625 or 8.5.

You dont need a NAME BRAND to get good gears. I've never seen anyone not make the gear out of the proper materials and its rare for others to make there gears, but some do, but still they use one companies equiptment or buy there gears from them. Gleasons right here in good old Rochester!!! Gearing cutting, hobbing and torsion people!!

You allready have spiders!!
8.5's from past 89 I believe are all 30 spline rears!! 28's are 7.625 rears!

You can't go wrong with GM oem ring and pinions if you can find a good deal on them.I have used Richmond gears several times and they are a great gear but they are the noisiest ive ever used.Motive are great gears for the money.

i just put some 4.10's in mine. your gunna love them. it pulls so hard over the 3.42. Your traction WILL get worse though. fist gear is almost a waste.
