I had the same deal on mine. I took my cat off and the check light was on, for cat defficency and running lean in the first cylinder. So I got it cleared after i put my cai on I got them cleared and that has been almost 3 months ago and it hasn't come back on. I'm just going with it lol.

go with the factor recommended ac-delcos. there platniums, so they'll be like $5-$7 each if i remember right.

Years ago i ran splitfires in camero. They did a good job, but when they went out, they all went out at the same time.

I got NGK Platinum spark plugs and they seem to be pretty decent. They were $2 somethin per. if I remember right. I wanted AC Delco but I had an appointment with my mechanic and the shop that I went to had to special order them for me and screwed up the order. Mechanic said NGK would be fine, so that's what I got.
