hello,
I have a chevy pickup ss 98 and I'm interested in a bit lower. I want to know if they're spindles selling on ebay or summit are the ones who brings the pickup factory or are customize to get off 2 " or 3" etc. thanks:(

Hello Fernan and welcome.
The SS has the ZQ8 suspension which consist of a lower ride height over a regular S-series suspension. The drop stock is 1.5 up front and in the rear. GM uses a lowered coil up front and a different/lower leaf out back.
If you want to lower it more, then do the spindles. The ride quality would remain the same and steering aligment wont change.
You need to consider the drop specs on aftermarket drop spindles are going to ADD to the already drop. So if you get a 2" drop spindle, your truck will sit lower than a SS/ZQ8 by 2" but 3.5" lower than a std s-series.
