Zimmer was a conversion company which is now defunct. They mostly specialized in conversion vans.
They did S10s, Blazers and C/K trucks too.
By today they are really rare to find. As you see, their trademark on the S10 was the faux dually flares. On some they looked good. Especially with a fat tire out back. On the Blazers (2door), they had a trademark spoiler that extended from the base of the back of the rear side window, arched up just-off the body and angled forward along the rear glassline. Then it was about 3" tal up top. The C/Ks were just a stripe and lower fiberglass step kit. My neighbow who won the lottery ain the 90s bought a C/K Zimmer truck for her son. It was ext cab, longbed and with the stripes it looked soo loong.

Wouldn't look that bad if the rear tires actually came a little more flush to warrant the rear flares.. maybe make it a true dually?

Zimmer was more known for luxury cars, if you want to call them that. They were mostly based off of Lincolns.

BTW, they are under engineered garbage.

Different Zimmer.
Zimmer Motor Cars is one.
Zimmer Conversions is another. Zimmer was married to Jan of Jans Vans. They got a divorce and thigs got messy. Thats why you never hear of either anymore.

How Ironic. I was running down to the pick n pull yard the other day and passed this. I went back later and snapped a few pics.
Not great pics but for sitting in the road while trying to take then, not bad =)
You can see the roof-spoiler thing I was referring to in my earlier post.
