Does any body have these. Did it make a big improvement in handling. I checked some of mine and they are rotted and weak. I was thinking about getting a complete set.

I thought it was a great mod for the $$$,and it does take some time to install the whole kit.but you do give up ride quality!

Don't get the tranny mount.I have used poly tranny mounts on a few vehicles and they all vibrated me to death.

I think I need a new tranny mount. With the shift kit and the vette servo and the traction bars, when I put the petal to the metal it kinda bangs hard now when it shifts from 1-2. Didn't use to do that. What I mean by bang hard is that I feel the tranny giving. It feels like the tranny is hitting underneath. Like the bushing is shot. Had the kit and servo in for about 5 weeks now and just recently it started to this. I think I trashed the stock bushing. What kind of bushing would you recomend?
the tranny bushing comes with the kit.

If you can find a 1LE trans mount from a late model camaro/firebird its a little harder than a stock mount, but not as hard as a poly.I've had a poly on for 4yrs now with a fully prep trans and no vibration at all.But i have a half stock driveshaft, were the rear only has one u joint and is balanced by a really good shop.
If i remember right, all late model SS/FIREHAWK trans mounts are the same # as a 1LE.
can some help me out here,i can't find the info now!

How about if I get a new driveshaft. I want to get one any way from denny's drive shafts.
But i have a half stock driveshaft, were the rear only has one u joint and is balanced by a really good shop. What do you mean by only having one u-joint,where? I don't understand. This is how mine is, yoke at tranny, u-joint, shaft, u-joint, pinion. Is that what your saying?
