The superchips programmer sucks. A guy at a local performance shop told me it was better than the HPP3. He said it allows you to adj. tranny shift firmness several different steps. (this was before I got the shift kit and servo) So I bought it and it didn't do squat to what the HPP3 does. I took it back and ya know what, he didn't tell me that he has a silverado. I called SC to see if there was a different tuner or version for it and they said no. I told them there tuner doesn't do squat to what the HPP3 does, and they said they don't concentrate on the v6 to much just the v8. So maybe they decided to up the anti and quit loosing money to Hypertech. If I lived in orlando I would do it. The programer is about $300. If the new one didn't do more than the HPP3 I would sell it.
