another project!

i came across this last week,its a 91 s10 4.3 on a 96 s10 frame,gonna try to make this thing look decent,,need some suggestions,the front horns naturally being a 96 dont work with first gen bumpers,,what can i do,and looks like the kid done some (ShaDeTreE) wiring,guess i should fix this too,also could use some help finding out how to make this driveline compressor, mount and be functional,the small compressor is not enough,,takes like 5 min for the bags to get the pressure needed for full lift,also the rear frame rails needed to hold the bed up are bent badly,maybe weld some tubing to match or ?,any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a good project. I would just cut off the frame horns and weld on the right ones. Then talk to any body shop with a frame machine and have them straighten the rear rails then box it and make cross members.

Get rid of one of the tanks or get one or two more compressors.
