does any one know how to bypass the 2nd o2 sensor with out buying one of those expensive pieces

He's talking about the downstream O2 sensor. All it does is monitor the emissions after the cat, and report via a check engine light if too much emissions are getting through. The only ways I know to bypass it are with a simulator, custom PCM reflash, and I've heard some programmers may do it. You can't just unplug it, because O2 sensors send variable voltage to the PCM, and if it's not within spec it will throw a code.
