I've been trying to get the 2.93" pulley on the 'dyne for half the damn morning without any success - any tricks other than heat? I've taken the dremel to it and roasted it with a propane torch until it was literally smoking and it still won't go on. Anything I'm missing?

I was going to tell you not to put on upside down but since you can't get it off.......

I would assume you need some sort of puller. Have a pic?

I got the old one off no problem. The new one just presses on the shaft of the headunit and it's keyed so it won't rotate around.
We had the same problem the last time we tried to swap pullies at the dyno shop and it took alot of heat and grinding out the hole in the pulley. I have to wait for some JB weld to set on my BOV flange overnight so I'll go back at it with the grinder in the morning.

I ended up just carefully grinding it out with a dremel until it went on easily with some heat. I forgot to send in the bigger pulley with the headunit or they would have done it.
