Hood lettering/emblem.

Hey everyone.

I'm wanting to make a pair of those hood stickers like I had done last september. I just not sure if I'm feeling the "vortec 262ci" like I had last time. So, spout out some ideas!

Last time, the "vortec 262ci" stickers did actually spark peoples interest. And guys who wanted to sound like they knew their motors would say "Hey, those vortecs are mighty strong".. and only a few people actually knew the 262 was the 4.3l

I was thinking of putting them on the side of the raised cowl.

I saw one set on e-bay just like you had, only it said Vortec H.O. and was in the stock-style lettering.
Another idea as buy those OEM GM induvidual numbers and do them in 262.

There is another company that sells them too. Original 67-69 Camaro replicas in black or white. But for the love of God I cannot think of their name right now. YearOne sells them. You pick the numbers.

i got the chrome " Cowl Induction " emblems from a chevelle that im thinking of putting on my s10's 2 inch cowl hood.
