question about a code

i have a 1996 s10 pickup with the 4.3 i eliminated the cat and it threw this code
P0143 - Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Circuit Low Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 3
do i just have to elimnate that o2 sensor or is something else messed up with it

I think that is the one after the cat. If it is you can get rid of it but, it will throw a code. You can get it programmed out though.

yeah i know which one it is i was just making sure that there was not something else going on because i thought it was going to throw a different code ... i was reading what you have for your truck and was wondering where you got your o2 simulator from
