Horrible Band: Dropkick Murphy

ok, so i went to a concert tonight and i only wanted to see the opener, but i stayed for it anyways.....3 days grace opened for dropkick murphies and well, after 3 days grace i went over, sat down, and i fell asleep...YES! I FELL ASLEEP AT A ****IN CONCERT! and its not slow music...hardcore...too bad they had bagpipes...ruined it all...**** irish!

Yeah sometimes you wonder what the hell the promoter's are thinking,a long time ago i went to a ZZTOP concert and the opening band got boo'd off the stage after 2 songs!Ok the booing started at the first song!lol

3 days grace just rock but the drop kicks arnt that bad. there a local band from boston and they love the red sox. (heard alot about them on the radio).

I'm a big metalica fan, "for their music before they cut their hair". Not so much of a fan after, except for a very few songs. All the old Metalica albums, I can put them in and listen to the whole cd.

I went to a Metallica concert this year.
I don't care what people say, they are without a doubt the best performance band I have seen.

I've seen Metallica before and after they turned into Soundgarden clones, and was never impressed with their live performances. Of course, since "Load" came out, I've been less than enthused with them.

If you want to see some kick *** live acts try Cannibal Corpse, Slayer, and Fear Factory. Godsmack also does a pretty good live show. Another couple of really good live acts -- but you probably won't be able to catch them in the US -- are Therion and Immortal (in fact, I think Immortal have disbanded). Sepultura have kind of lost their edge since Max left to form Soulfly (who DO kick *** in concert). And Vader, while producing good albums, seem too calm on stage.

It all depends on what you consider a "good concert. . ."

they've been through allot and the post napster music is allot diffent than what they did pre blackalbum, but even Aerosmith,acdc the greats like them made a few bad albums.

I do however disagree with the soundgarden clone statement. Metalica has always changed up there music from time to time. There was a drastic change mustane left and when Burton died. Depending on how drunck they were when the went into recording made a big differnce as well. I've been listening to and playing their stuff since the early 80s. It's all good music. it may not be sound good to you, but the technic is perfect.As for rocking, the stuff with that new bassist from suicidal tendencies rocks even though it is different.
if you want to get right down to any good band that's been around as long as metalica has gone through changes. That dosn't change the fact that they are icons that have had allot of influence in the music we listen too today.

but here the whole truth of the matter as any guitarist knows well. There is no original music and hasn't been for many years sence way before the advent of modern instruments.Betoven, bach, and clasical musicains like that wrote the originals we just copy what they did on an incomplete instument. 3-5-7. all guitar music is based off this very simple rule



the documentary is called "Some Kinda Monster". I had fye order me a disk. I'll let you how it is I couple of days.
