The other day I was under my blazer and noticed that I had a drop of oil about to fall off where the oil pan and trans meet up. It also had oil residue from the front of the trans pan to back of it. I wiped it off clean to see if it did it again. Today I looked and sure enough it is there again. I let it run in the driveway for a little bit to see if anything would drip and nothing. I have checked all the over the motor thinking it was leaking from a valve cover. Tried to find where it was leaking at and can't find anything. There is some near the starter where it bolts to the trans and looks like it runs down from there. I was thinking that because I got the shift kit and vette servo and get on it sometimes and it shifts hard maybe it was messing up the rear main seal. I never see oil on the driveway or anywhere else. It looks like it may be coming from inside the trans, back of motor. I have 6k miles left on my extended warranty with a $100 deductible. I am gonna call the dealer monday to see if the mods I have will void the warranty or if they won't say anything to the warranty company since they will be getting paid to do the work. If anybody knows of anything or experienced this please let me know what it is.
