Actually if you want to run wheels off a late model Corvette or Camaro then this rearend should work just right so that you won't need to run wheels spacers. Would look kinda silly with the stock offset S10 wheels though.

This is true for reg 4wd but on a ZR2 its even longer. You may have some tire sticking out a bit.....which Im OK with myself. Nothing wrong with some fat 9-9.5-10" meats peeking out from under the fender =)

Would it make the rear wheels line up with the front wheels on my Blazer?
My front wheels stick out more than the back.

Why not? If this rear-end is longer than yours, then it should line them up or make the back tires hang out a little more than the front.

The 2WD rearend is 54.5 inches from wheel surface to wheel surface.

The 4WD rearend is 59 inches from wheel surface to wheel surface (so 2.25 inches per side wider than the 2WD, which is just about right for late model Camaro, Firebird or Corvette wheels typically 8.5 to 9.5 inches wide).

The ZR2 rearend is 63 inches from wheel surface to wheel surface (so 4.25 inches per side wider than the 2WD, which would probably work with the 11 inch wide Corvette wheels, but may stick out a little).

Best thing to do is measure what you have and compare it to the width and backspacing of any wheels you're considering.

We have an earlier ZR2 rearend in stock that we're planning on updating to disc brakes and stuffing under a 2WD. I'll definately post the info and pics when we do it.

On a side note, theres a local Craigslist ad a guy has. 5 of the ZR1/SS rims and 2 have 85% tread life left tires on them. He e-mailed me back $250 for them all.
Not a bad deal. I just got nothing to put them on.
