well today i finally made a breakthrough. One of the guys in my college class has a 350 engine that is in a K5 blazer. I told him i owuld give him a 400$ GI Joes gift card and 100$ for it... he said yes. The only problem is I have to drive to get it.... 3 hours away over the mountain. I told him ok.. but I am tryin to get a pic and some casting nubers from him before the deal is sealed. But hopefully by next weekend I will finally have my 350 for my s10 blazer.

is that price just for the engine or the whole blazer?

Cant you get a long block from like autozone for $800,unless your just hoping this motor is good and droping it in "as is"

Im just saying check the motor out first!hear it run do a compression check and pull all the plugs and see what they look like.And remember to take everything on/around the motor you can!

its 400$ gift card and 100$ for the whole blazer.... so i can get the motor... and sell or part out the rest to get money for any repairs that may need to happen. I asked him what is wrong with it, he said nothing, it is one of the best running 350's he has out of 9. He is trying to get some pics of it for me.. and the castings. He also said that he ran a compression check on it and it was fine... but I'd rather check it myself.
