Soo... Lately i've kind of been thinking about test driving some ZR2 blazers. Mostly for the extra space. I'm sick of not being able to go anywhere with anyone. The cab in the blue beast is fully occupied with my sound system, so no matter what, I can only take one passenger with me at a time. Plus if I need to move anything at all, it either has to slide under the tonneau cover or get crammed in the cab ontop of the sub boxes.

The only thing is, I would have to trade the Z. I really don't know if I can do that. I have a lot of attachment to my Z. It just doesn't seem very practical anymore to have a two person vehicle.

I don't know what to do!! I would definitely take my time in looking for exactly what I want if I went through with it. The blazer would have to have low miles and be in top notch condition just like the Z. I would not settle for something less.

Am I crazy to even consider this?? I don't want to do anything that I know i'll regret later, and I have a big feeling i'd entirely regret losing my blue beast....I just wish I could afford to have both. :confused::confused::confused::confused:

You'll always be partial to this truck. it was wanted you wanted and you went out and got it! But I think you'd be just as happy with a ZR2 Blazer. Like you said ...just take your time and find the one you want! :D

lol I told him he should trade it for a blazer and he didn't say much. But his truck is paid for. So there's no way we would trade it for something else with payments. And I doubt the ranger is worth much especially with the economy.

Yeah i'd love the same color. Would have to get new tail lights. And then the exhaust and window tint. Hm. I don't know If I can let go of the blue beast....

I think i'll go test drive some ZR2 blazers and just see how that goes. Without mentioning a trade. Just see how I like it. I think that will play a huge factor in my decision. Might take Devon with me, who knows, he might decide he'd rather have a blazer than his ranger. I would never make him give up his truck though.

Now people here are saying that cars and trucks that were traded in even over a month ago were never taken care of, so these people are stuck with the new vehicle and the vehicle they no longer have and traded in.....meaning they have to make 2 payments.....

I'll trade you my BlaZeR2 for your ZR2. ;) J/K... mine is too beat up and besides I do like having the heated/covered 'cargo' space.

Definitely test drive them though... they are heavier and do handle different with the shorter wheel base, so you may or may not like it. Let us know!

This happened to my parents a while back with a motor home... they traded in a truck and travel trailer for a motorhome. The truck was paid for, but they had a loan on the trailer. The dealer dropped off the motor home (it was used) with dealer plates on it. That motor home had not been paid off for the previous owners and the dealer didn't pay off the loan my parents had on the trailer. What a freakin mess... I told my parents that if the guy didn't do something, I was going to drive that motor home through his showroom window and shove the keys up his ass sideways. Anyhow, they had a lawyer give him a call and they got everything settled OK... later on the guy was taken to court for doing this to other people and my parents testified against him.

Look for a good one you at a good price that'll let you keep both, I have a BlaZeR2 and wish i had a ZR2 truck too..
