Header AIR welding

Since I bought these headers on ebay.....I noticed that the person reported that the since he welded the A.I.R. that he had been getting a check engine light......would that be from a leak or a crappy weld job restricting flow? Will that effect me since I dont think I have the AIR?

If thats the case: Would I be able to drill the weld out and weld a plate patch over the hole instead of just filling the hole?

I dont think you have AIR on your year. Therefore that would not apply. He had to remove that and prob had AIR on his year model. So his PCM saw it as an error.
