[Leaving Atwater]

I am a 87 2.8 liter blazer.I keep noticing alot of oil on top of my air filter.So i guess thats from blow by.On the other valve cover there is no blow by coming from that one.Is that normal?Also was wondering if its possible with all that blow by/oil its choking my throttle body down in turn is why i cant hit 65 mph?Is there any way to reduce that blow by?With me just blocking it off hurt anything?

I would not block it off. Try some Lucas in the oil. That should slow it down and may stop it.

The crank case needs to be vented.
