NEED ANSWERS: radiator core support?

and my core support is all sorts of feshed, now, here is my question

the two pieces that go on the top and the bottom, im assuming upper and lower coresupport pieces of some sort? are both bent are these seperate items from a core support or part of it? i need to know before i blow my paycheck on other parts i need to fix it
