s10 blazer rear glass/tailgate knob shaved

Is it possible to shave the rear tailgate/glass knob and still be able to open it and or somehow get a popper kit for it?

That's about as good as I can do. Think it would need two door poppers. One to pull the glass release and one for the tailgate release. You would probably have to put hydraulic struts on the gate to keep it from dropping open to fast.
