I was going over the front steering and suspension of my truck this weekend. Everything still feels tight. I have been greasing everything "since the truck has sat for a few years. Some of the zerks are rusted closed and will not accept grease while others will accept grease but will not seal shut again. Think I'm ok to just replace the offending zerks? Or am I better off to just replace everything? I assume a lot of joints will crumble as I start driving it, just wondering. Or is there a chance they'll be OK since the truck sat.

You can use a small punch to break the ball loose. Most of them are pressed in and not threaded, so the component will have to be replaced if they don't accept grease.

X3. But yes, they can be replaced also.
