Repeating some info from my original post titled "5 speed 4 sale for 84 S10-NEW (not rebuilt)". Since I sold the 5 speed & clutch, it's time to start a new post with a better title.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Time to part out my rusty ole '84, so let me know what you need.
- rebuilt Eaton posi unit
- 2 good condition front CV axles
- fold down roof mount lite bar, new in box
- saddle headliner for 84 x-cab. new in box
- OEM window felts set of 4, new in box
- eurothane front diff mounts. new in box
- front wheel bearings. new in box
- 2 oem rear slider widows.
- Extra front diff in my garage, w pass side axle replaced.
- Couple aluminum skid plates.
- Crappy but serviceable aluminum bed cap.
- 2 so-so but working tail gates.
- grill guard (surface rust) is servicable
- good condtion grill/headlight bezels, tail lights,
- new license plate lights.
2.8 crate motor from Jasper rebuilds. Less than 10K on motor, been in truck for 8 years. Was never my main ride, so miles are low. Runs strong with Edelbrock 4bbl intake/headers. Carter 400 4bbl. X11 high lift cam. The orig 5 speed in truck is mostly cooked, but works. Front diff works. Full guage cluster, AC controls and components. Nice AC dash in brown. Full set tan vinyl jump seats with hardware, some stains. Nice Pioneer 50W x 4 CD/MP3. 4x6 Pioner high out speakers for rear. Lighted rear-view mirror.
Crusty, but serviceable tan bucket seats with decent aftermarket covers. Black 5spd center console, decent shape, pad curling. Decent tan bench seat. Some 3 year old stuff: gas tank (20gl), fuel lines, pop-out window seals, and parking brake cables. Partially installed complete new body mount kit, mostly still in box due to rusty box nuts. Has nice tilt steering column w/delay I put in, but the firewall mount is incorrect (small gaps) for my year - from later model year.
This truck currently has the 4x4 five spokes (decent cond) on it with s#*t tires. Wheels as seen in sig pic have new off brand tires. Local pick-up in Detroit area. Hell, I'll even drive it over to your place, you can hear it run, take the whole truck for $800. Will dig round see what other parts laying about the attic and garage, and add em on. - matt

no gears dude, just the posi unit, as is, in pictures. Unit is the same regardless of which gears used. Pretty sure whatever gear set you already have can be used with a posi unit, unless they are trashed. This one fits the smaller 7.5in rear end like my 1st Gen S10 has. Not sure where else it can be used. Check around with other members if you have questions, or different truck, as I'm no tech expert.

Not so fast. I sold a new clutch kit in it's box. What are you looking for exactly? Clutch/brake pedal assembly? Still on truck. Hydraulic clutch slave cylinder? Prob 5 years old. Brake master cylinder is old. For either cylinder i would buy new locally, not used. - matt

Got all my pics taken today. Details to follow... Some of this stuff will take a while to get off the truck, as it's way cold here. As in bumper/header. Fender badges look tough, unless I remove fenders. Pics and more info to come. - matt

It's a black rotating bar (folds down forward) with 5 lite capacity. Still in the unopened box.
Goes for $178 new, how bout $100 plus shipping. UPS store here in Royal Oak says $17.80 to 71665. p.s. I never mark up shipping.
If you want me to pull it out I can. You can see it and check out pricing here at the CARR site:

I certainly have the pedals, as long as your not in a major hurry. Ya see it's like 23 degrees here today, with more to come. No heat in garage. So any major dismantling efforts will likely need wait a while.
As for the clutch slave, you can get anywhere. If you really want a used one...
Also I'm leaving town for 2 weeks this Thursday. -matt

I can prob get the grille guard off with out too much trouble, but the bumper/header might take a while. It's way cold, no heat, no torches. We'll see, maybe they'll just unbolt easy...right! Bumper and filler $100 plus shipping.
This grille guard goes for like $199. How about $80 plus shipping. Can't get that shipping quoted till i pull it off and weigh it. If you want it I will remove it, shipping never marked up, only what they quote me.

This is in overall good shape, but there are tiny specs on passenger glass you see looking up close that I wasn't told about when I bought it. Don't wanna come off with windex. Like maybe welding flash? See last pic.
Anyway minor scrapes/wear n tear etc, the latch is solid. How about $70 plus $13.93 ups ground.

They're in OK shape. Not sure how to get them off without taking off fenders. Or maybe sawz-all around em. Can only see 1 nut from under hood. 2 on each one. Pass side inaccessable.
How about both old ones for $40. New one...$60. Plus ship.
Fender flair $30 plus ship.

They mount to the gutters. If you look at the CARR site, there's a pic. Also same part number for multiple vehicles, with no specific mounting kit required. So yes to blazers.
$100 shipped is fine with me. The $178 amount comes from CARR site. Wish I had only paid $100!

Hold the phone...just realized we don't have gutters. So I just looked it up on CARR site...you were right to ask for S10 mounting kit. Yes there is a gutterless kit required: 220042 - Gutterless Mount Kit, Mount kit for vehicles with internal gutters is required to install on S10. I never ordered it. If I had ever tried to install, I would have found out real quick.

How about $160 for Radio and 4 speakers? Pretty sure i have Alpine 4x6 in front. Rear speakers are 4x10 like you said, think pioneer, or at least a major brand. Shipping should be under $10. If you're interested, I can remove from truck and take pics.
CD/MP3 Head unit also has fold down face (removable too) for CD access. I just looked it up on web...it's a Pioneer DEH-P4600MP 50-Watt x 4. Also XM ready, controls external units, and there's even a remote. somewhere.
