We need a tech section

We really need a dedicated tech section, sort of like another site out there. We could put all sorts of writeups and such in it. Take some of the dumb stuff out of the toolbar at the top, and put a tech section in there.

Though I did like the sections we had on the Planet, with the illustrated walkthroughs linked from the main page's button bar.
