What do you like better? I'm leaning towards the step side but not sure.

For me I like the Fleet side but for you I would say Sport Side just to pay homage to the old truck. They also look alot better with super wides and they need to be cleamed up a lil.

Both of those trucks look awesome but stepsides look more aggressive IMO. x2 on looking better with fatties on the back too! You can hardly see my 295's behind all that box - stupid big boxes....

Hard decision, both can look good. That's my problem.

You lookin on getting a new 2nd gen Eric??That's the truck I'm working on getting shipped from Buffalo. Kinda needs a bed or new bed sides.

I've actually been looking for a beater that I wouldn't fix anything on for while mine is down for the turbo.

I only like the stepside if it has regular cab. But I think the stepside looks more sportier.

Fleetside>Stepside! If you're looking for a bed here's a good way to make up your mind on which way to go. Buy the the cheapest bed thats in the best shape whether its fleet or step side! BAm! Done... Now that thats out the way, whats your next question? :D

Agreed. I only liked step sides on the older 50's and 60's trucks. You can make either one look good though. Dont worry about what others want its your truck you decide IMO.

87wildside

Can't decide. I like both but don't like either all at the same time.

if i was to ever go second gen, it would be a stepside, regular cab, stuffing massive rubber with a turbo'd six speed LSX powerplant. and would have to have step shavers and a roll pan.

if you find a bed down here, ill drive it up to you. for gas and food, of course. and jsut to meet you.

From Buffalo (my city) to Delaware?

why? cant you find anything in your area? would probably be alot easier.

btw. I voted stepside... I just like the more agressive look. If you plan on slammin it, it might be a little (not alot) more different if you did a stepside. fleetside seems to always be done.

I like the fleet side. Looks less obvious when you are lined up against it.
