well the most i can afford right now is like $500. pretty bad but i'm still a student and can't do much haha.
clear corner lights, you could get a lowering kit for under $500 or a body lift wich ever way you want to go (but those are alittle bit of work), maybe an air dam, roll pan, theres lots of stuff it all depends on how much work you want to do or the tools you have to do it. you can get a good amount of stuff if you can do all the work your self.

You could go to Ebay for a Air dam which should run sub $100 and spray bomb it with patience!
Being a noma, only clear bumper signals will be found cheaply. Headlights are costly and I even think a few here can tell you how to clear your current ones.
Billet Grille
Drop in filter and air box mod!
Cut out the factory muffler for a performance one.
EGR restriction in the form of a washer in the intake will help some.
Soft top tonnuea cover should run sub $150
ANd that should about kill $500

Deffantly Clear corners, (keep the red tails), GM rollpan ($50) @ the gm dealer, Drop kit ($130 for a 3/3 @ pepboys). Window tint (150). But if you want a little more power: Intake (around 150), Tauras E-fan mod (around $60 for everything).
makeing them look nice is great. makeing them go from point A to point B without bailing wire and ducttape should be your first goal.
how many miles on it?

Want performance, fuel economy, style, or what?
Performance, you can get a number of things for under $500. Intake ($125), cat-back exhaust ($200, in most cases), ignition ($150 for an MSD 6A), etc. Those three would be right around $500 and would not only give you more power, but under normal driving they would give you better gas mileage.
Style -- well, $500 isn't going to go too far, but it'll get you a good start.

how many miles on it?
theirs about 95 000 km on it. would you go for a rollpan before an air dam? i'm getting some clear corners, and i plan on getting an air intake (somethign like the Volant High-Flow Intake) and a dual exaust.. I already have some window tint picked up, and i would go any buy a drop kit but it's to much work for me becasue of my shortage of tools and space plus my road are way to rough.

You can make an intake for dirt cheap... If you are looking to save money. Something like this one http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7955018594&category=38634 but have a mounting bracket and a heat shield.
As far as exhaust goes... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7951491997&category=33636 I have an offset in center out 2.5" with it turned down. I got it welded up for 50 bucks!
