Greeting from Orlando. I'm a current student at MMI. will be back to kingsport TN at the end of Feb. i've had my 2000 s10 about 9 months ago. about the only things ive done to it is a Shocker sticker and window tint. I do want to do the basics. 2/3 drop xtreme grill clear corners and working on a set of SS Camaro 10 spokes. this truck is black reg cab. 135000 miles 2.2 5 speed. its by far not a show piece. it has more than your average dings and scratches. but i bought it as a daily to be used to haul around my bike (04 Buell XB12S) and stuff. My sunday driver is a 01 Camaro Z28 with 57000 miles.

thank you very much. Buell still has some more subtle clean changes to come. the Z will remain stock but the trucks plans are changing almost everyday. i hope to add a Ducati to the garage before long.

lol its a lightning. and ive ridden them all i put 10000 miles on my ex's gixxer 750 last year. but for you to make that comment shows what your into (not a bad thing) but the buells arent all about top speed. they are a real world bike. and the firebolt has been named by bike magazine the best cornering bike of all time. i also had a friend that had a 07 R6 that i put about 2000 miles. Buells are a love them and hete em bikes. they are definately not for everyone but where i'm from in mountainous tn theres nothing like it.

lol dont worry dude im not bashing buells. I know they're not top speed bikes. I love the designs of them. My buddy also has a lightening (sorry i get teh firebolt and lightenings confused) and a thunderbolt his dad has the new 1125r. Some curvy roads out here and when we go ride the buells leave me in the dust and im doin all I can to stay on the road lol. They're made for cornering like you said and are fairly quick for havin a 1200 sportster motor on them. We lined them up on the street (kinda a local 1/4mile here but we're goin to the drag strip in the spring) and ran each other. spanked the lightning the 1125r was a little closer lol. Nice bike though thats probably the nicest lightning I've seen. My buddies lighting has the kuryakyn intake, power commander drag pipes etc. Its odd seein them go down the road looks like a street fighter bike but you hear the harley roar lol.

no offense taken or intended. dont worry bout the firebolt lightening thing, happens all the time. Im not a fan for 600s becuase im use to tq. but the r6 is the best feeling 600 i've ridden. any other 600 you get on it and you know its fast but you dont really feel it if that makes sense. right now IMO the only bikes worth buying in the jap market is the r6 and the gixxers. the zx6 looks like the nasty 10. the r1 has one helluva motor but is hideous (the 08s are beautiful) never have been a honda fan. i've never ridden an 1125. love the performance aspects but i cant get past the looks they look great sometimes and not so great at some angles. so i hope to buy a left over ducati 1098s or 1198. i saved a pic of your truck when i first saw it on here. i've always loved the silver white combo. use to want the factory white xtreme with silver stripes.

lol my trucks not a xtreme:p Just the xtreme body kit and some other stuff here and there. Ya after ridin some of my buddies bike I can tell the r6 is deffiantly the fastest 600 on the market (like critics have stated). The buells do throw down some good torque. right now im probably pushing 127-130hp not to certain on torque MAYBE 50 but she flat halls donkey nutts lol. My buddies lightning off a launch can keep up decently but when he starts gettin over 100 i pull away fast he says. He said his bike tops at 135ish. Dunno how fast mine tops. Fastest I've had it was 167mph @13,000rpm out of 15,500rpm in 5th gear lol....still another gear to grab and didn't really wanna.:o
