:banghead_I'm havein a problem grttin my flat flange headers to seal at the collectors. ive tried paper and dead soft aluminum gaskets. and still cant get them to seal. please help its drivin me crazy. thanks doug

Have you tried copper? They worked on my POS Headmens with a 1/8 flange.

Is it the head flange or collector flange?

I use some fancy Loctite copper high-temp sealant. Comes in a caulk tube deal.

Autozone or Advanced Auto Parts.. maybe Murrays.

We have it at O'Reillys, the calk tube or the 3 oz. squeeze tube

so do i need a gasket of some sort, or just the loctite stuff.

are these for the ball type flange? they look like they are for the other type flange.

You don't use collector gaskets with ball flanges

Really.. it's problably a cheapy set of headers & they were problably bent.
