What to ask for these???

I just put on my new ZQ8 wheels with new rubber...so now I have the
stock wheels n tires that I need to sell to somebody if I can.

They are in great shape except for a couple of small dings.
If anyone is interested, I can post some pics of my actual wheels.

I was thinking of offering the set for $300 + ground shipping
via UPS where I can get insurance to cover the purchase price.

Does this sound reasonable?

The tires are actually slightly smaller than stock.
They are brand new (about 7k on them) Uniroyal
blackwall 205/70R-15s, and they are on wheels like this:

man can you believe i saw this guy the other day asking 500 for a set of those wheels with a used set of tires....:eek:

I don't know if anyone would want 205/70/15s or not, but mine are brand new.

I bought the truck at 75k and the dealership had just put them on new.
Just took them off yesterday, and the truck is at 81k and change.

Prolly make somebody a good set of tires while they save their money
for what they really want.

Someone would want them. I had a guy that wanted to buy mine. Some s10's just have the cheap steelies. Lee aka The Enemy wanted a set of swirlies at one time. Maybe he still does?

up on eSay and see if they will sell or not.

I talked to him a few days ago & he said he was trading for some Xtreme rims & tires.

BTW, I think 300 is too much. I had a set of late model Xtreme rims & tires, w/ about 80% tread left, & only got about 280 out of them to one of the guys on this site.

eBay should enable me to get at least $300 I would think since guys
from all over will be able to see the sale.

If I can't get a decent price for 'em, I may as well keep them
Never know when an extra set of wheels might come in handy.

Ebay is tough for wheels because shipping will be expensive. Let us know how it turns out!
