I have a mil eliminator commin in the mail, cuz I'm too poor to buy a new cat. I need to know which wires on the o2 sensor are signal, +12v and ground. I have a '97 w/ 4 wire o2 sensor. Thanks.

those o2 simulators dont work. i tired it on my truck and it threw a code after 3 key cycles... all it does is send a constant voltage to the computer and when the computer goes to check itit will run either lean or rich for a second and when the computer sees no change in the 02 reading it throws a code. as to you initial ?, it shoulodnt matter since it the fooler wil come with a plug you just unplug your o2 and plug the fooler in. you really cannot screw it up...

This one splices into the o2 sensor wires, and leaves the sensor in place. It also variates the voltage just like a real sensor does...not just a constant voltage signal.

hmmmmmm, let me know how it works after a week...

I finally found it, for anyone who needs the same info. Signal wire is purple, +12 is pink, and ground is black (whoda thunk it)

sounds like some kind of resistor...purple is signal
