REALLY want a 88-98 Chevy/GMC 3500 dually project

I have a driveline and looking for a 1988-1998 body style only Chevy/GMC 3500 or even better 3500HD (19.5" wheels) "dually" project truck.

The best years up here in NY for state inspection are 1995 and older.

Really only need a rolling cab chassis. Heck I'll even give you a small finders fee if I buy one from your source...my target price is $1500 or less.
